mmPlugins have implemented a support center and system that will streamline the overall help and support process for both customers and mmPlugins staff. The support center will allow mmPlugins customers to read common knowledge base articles and create tickets specific to the product that has been purchased.

The support center link is available to customers who have registered an account with mmPlugins.

Please allow for up to 48 hours for a mmPlugins support staff to respond to your ticket due to time differences, weekends, public holidays and holiday leave. Your patience is much appreciated!

Dedicated Ticketing System Support

Dedicated ticketing system support service is reserved only for paying customers with an active product package subscription. This professional support service is only for the active product package and subscription in question.

Customers are not entitled to support if the product package and subscription in question has not been kept active for the particular product that you wish to receive help and support for. It is the responsibility for the customer to test the product in question during the product support and subscription time frame in order to receive support for any mmPlugins product related questions.

Dedicated ticketing support will be provided to active product packages and subscriptions only and due to time zones and possible delays please allow up to forty eight (48) hours for an mmPlugins team member to respond to any email support requests.

Dedicated ticketing support may include but is not limited to:

  • Direct help via email
  • Provide direct configuration help or identifying problems via a temporary super administrator login
  • Analyze file and folder permission issues via FTP
  • Analyze database structure and data

Help Manuals & Online Documentation

The team at mmPlugins will endeavour to work hard in providing help manuals and online documentation to all products.

If a product does not have any written help and documentation then it will only be temporary due to the time constraints for being able to create and maintain such documentation.
