Please carefully read the mmPlugins terms and conditions. Before purchasing any mmPlugins product packages and subscriptions as you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions. If you purchase and use mmPlugins product packages and subscriptions it will indicate that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. By purchasing a product package and subscription from mmPlugins.com, mmPlugins grants you permission to use that product under the General Public License (GPL). Your access to support is limited by the number of websites specified by the product package purchased. Please see the definition of terms for further clarification.
2. Any FREE products offered by mmPlugins may come with little or no support and documentation. Support is reserved for customers who have purchased a product package and therefore a subscription to updates and support. The team at mmPlugins will however try to assist you with any questions if deemed reasonable. FREE products offered by mmPlugins is also General Public License (GPL).
3. All mmPlugins products are delivered electronically only. Boxed products, CD/DVD discs, portable hard drives and printed manuals will not be provided. However manuals may exist for certain products that can be downloaded via a login account. The graphic representation of mmPlugins products on boxes and portable hard drives is for display and marketing purposes only.
4. The shipping and electronic delivery process occurs after successful payment is received and confirmed by PayPal. You must register for an mmPlugins account via the website which will give you account login details. You will then be able to login and see the available products you can download based on your package and subscription purchased. If you have any problems with logging in or downloading your products please contact the mmPlugins team via the contact form on mmPlugins.com.
5. All mmPlugins products are provided with no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall mmPlugins be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. There is no guarantee that any mmPlugins product will work for all websites and systems as it is impossible to test every configuration scenario as well as the possibility that any third party extension or component could affect the functionality of mmPlugins products. Please make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements that the products have been tested for.
7. There is also no guarantee that any mmPlugins products at the time of download is without software or coding bugs or defects and mmPlugins reserves the right to test and simulate any reported bug or defect to deem it true and list it on mmPlugins.com website as a known bug or defect for the particular product in question.
8. If you are completely unhappy with any of mmPlugins products you can get a refund within seven (7) days of purchase given that you provide a written and valid reason for a refund and you have not accumulated more than a reasonable amount of mmPlugins support time (less than 30 minutes). If this is the case and a refund is given please note that the products support service subscription will be deactivated.
9. Modification of any mmPlugins products can be conducted at your own risk. Any modified mmPlugins product will void any support offered under the product package and subscription however the mmPlugins team may provide you with some assistance and help if the request is deemed to be reasonable.
10. Claiming intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of mmPlugins products modified or unmodified is strictly prohibited. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the product packages.
11. Distributing mmPlugins products, written manuals, tutorials and images for resale of any kind is prohibited without prior written permission by mmPlugins unless it satisfies the rules under General Public License (GPL).
12. Support is offered in various degrees via an active account and based on the period of time and specified number of websites the product package and subscription that you have purchased grants. Support for a particular product package and subscription purchased will be for that product only and not for any other mmPlugins product that may have been purchased. You are not entitled to support if the product package support service has not been kept active for the particular product package or subscription that you wish to receive support for. Therefore dedicated email support will be provided to active support service packages and subscriptions only and due to time zones and possible delays please allow up to forty eight (48) hours (depending upon weekends) for an mmPlugins team member to respond to any email support requests. Normally you will receive a reply within twenty four (24) hours.
13. Product updates may occur and be available at any time and mmPlugins reserves the right to only make these available to customers with active support service access for that particular product package.
14. There is no guarantee that any mmPlugins product will work on future releases of Joomla Please make sure you check what version the mmPlugins products actually work on and have been tested for. The support, updates and future upgrades to any mmPlugins product is also not guaranteed and may be discontinued at any time however mmPlugins will endeavor to do what it can to inform users if this might be the case.
15. A breach of any of the terms and conditions above may result in prosecution or legal proceedings and mmPlugins reserves the right to delete or suspend your account, track and store your IP number and or cancel any purchases any time without notification if you are deemed to have broken the terms and conditions of your purchase.
16. mmPlugins reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions with no prior notice at any time.

Definition of Terms:

Monthly Access

Currently mmPlugins monthly access options are:

• One Months Access - Grants you product support for up to 1x website. It will also grant you support service access to product updates and product support for one month (30 days).
• Six Months Access - Grants you product support for up to 3x websites. It will also grant you support service access to product updates and product support for six months (180 days).
• Twelve Months Access - Grants you product support for up to 10x websites. It will also grant you support service access to product updates and product support for twelve months (365 days).

Website

Website is defined by mmPlugins terms and conditions as being a single instance of a Joomla installation.

Joomla

Joomla is an open source Content Management System (CMS) designed to assist users in building websites and other online applications see www.joomla.org for more information.

Product Updates

Product updates refers to any update available for the product package and subscription purchased. This may include but is not restricted to product updates for security fixes, new feature improvements, bug fixes, performance enhancements, scripting, templates, skins, images and documentation.

Product Support

Product support refers to a certain type of support available for the product package purchased. This may include but is not restricted to online tutorials, downloadable manuals, frequently asked question and answers and dedicated email support from mmPlugins team members.

Disclaimer

mmPlugins is not liable for the correctness and completeness of the information provided on mmPlugins.com website and other written documents. mmPlugins reserves the right to change any of the content at any time to correct any errors or to adjust the pricing of its packages.

There is no guarantee that the website and or accounts will be available all the time due to unforeseen server outages and or circumstances however mmPlugins will do its best to limit such disruptions.

mmPlugins also does not guarantee the availability and life of any of its products and services. Whilst mmPlugins will do its best to maintain and continue the life of the products and services offered it may not always be viable to do so and thus mmPlugins reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time if deemed necessary.
